Abstract:
Creativity has moved beyond being seen as a skill possessed only by a few geniuses to something that is a fundamental ability needed by everyone. This presentation aims to overview how our understanding of creativity has developed over the past 100 years. The focus will be on frameworks and approaches to deliberately develop this critical human talent and summarize research and development on the creative problem solving method.
